Online Dhamma Talk and Q&A session via Zoom 

 

Ayya (Venerable) Anandabodhi will be giving a guided meditation and offering teachings from “The First Free Women – Poems of the Early Buddhist Nuns”. She says: “This book is a contemporary translation of the Therigatha (verses of the Awakened nuns of the Buddha’s time). It is very close to my heart. If you have heard me teaching on these poems before, you will know that no two teachings are the same. I hope you will join me in diving into the timeless wisdom of these Awakened women, who’s message is as relevant today as it was when they first shared their stories.”
