Donate

The success of Anukampa Bhikkhuni Project depends on the generosity of people who value what we do. Your contribution of any amount is immensely valuable and greatly appreciated. It will be used for:

  • Spreading the Buddha's teachings through our regular and special events,
  • Running and renovation costs at our new Anukampa Grove Bhikkhuni Monastery
  • Requisite material needs of the monastic Sangha (lodgings, alms food, medicines, robes and other essential monastery items)

Please note that as we are a Registered UK Charity (Charity registration number: 1172570), Gift Aid can be claimed on all donations from UK taxpayers, adding 25% to your donation.

6. Leaving a Legacy

Leave a Donation in Your Will

By leaving a donation to Anukampa Bhikkhuni Project in your Will, your generosity will support Anukampa Bhikkhuni Project’s future as a precious vehicle for spreading the Dhamma; specifically, through giving women an opportunity to train as fully ordained nuns (bhikkhunis) and teaching others to live more peaceful, harmonious and happy lives. Anukampa Grove Bhikkhuni Monastery is the only monastery in the UK for bhikkhunis. It has been established as a sanctuary of practice and peace for bhikkhunis and visitors alike and your donation will help us maintain and develop it for future generations.

As we cannot give legal advice, please consult a solicitor prior to making any decisions about leaving a donation in your Will.

Your Journey

It is worth making a Will and keeping it up to date, to ensure that your assets and financial affairs are managed according to your wishes and to provide certainty for those you may leave behind.

If you are just beginning your journey and need more information, please start by consulting a solicitor.
If you have already donated to Anukampa Bhikkhuni Project in your Will, please notify us so that we can thank you and gain inspiration from your kind act. You can email our finance volunteers on finances@anukampaproject.org.

If you would like to donate in this way, please click here for details on how to do so.

Many thanks for your kind generosity!
