Aj. Brahm and Ven. Candā, Birmingham 2022

Out of empathy, we ask one another, “How are you feeling?” In introspection, we ask ourselves, “How do I feel?” Yet, identifying and describing our emotional experiences can sometimes be a challenge. In this Dhamma talk, renowned meditation teacher Ajahn Brahm discusses ways to gradually recognise the full breadth of our emotions, listen, nurture and make peace with them. Even if we feel upset or are unable to express ourselves, we can relate to our emotions in skilful ways that energise us, foster compassion and soften the heart.

Please arrive half an hour before the starting time at 6:00 pm in order to register and settle in quietly.

Health and community care: Please do not attend if you feel ill (e.g. if you have any symptoms of Covid or any other viral infections).

Note:

1. After your registration, you will receive an email with your Ticket/Booking Confirmation almost immediately. Please check your junk mail box if you do not receive it.
