The Buddha taught that living fearlessly is achieved by understanding the nature of reality and gradually releasing clinging. Learn how to realise this by cultivating a mind inclined towards peace ~ a truly important quality that can resource and empower you in an increasingly turbulent world. Small moments of peace and inspiration can make all the difference as to how we choose to live our lives. Join Ajahn Brahm to learn how to live with more integrity, resilience and courage.

This evening programme will begin with a short guided meditation, followed by a Dhamma talk from Ajahn Brahm. After the talk there will be an opportunity to ask questions.

Please arrive at 6:15 pm in order to register and settle in quietly.

We kindly ask that you do not contact the venue.

Health and community care: Please do not attend if you feel ill (e.g. if you have any symptoms of Covid or any other viral infections).

Note:

1. After your registration, you will receive an email with your Ticket/Booking Confirmation almost immediately. Please check your junk mail box if you do not receive it.
