This evening programme will begin with a short guided meditation, followed by a Dhamma talk by Ajahn Brahm. After the talk there will be an opportunity to ask questions.

Please aim to arrive at 6:30 pm in order to register and settle in quietly.

We kindly ask that you do not contact the venue.
