  we are aware strengthens our capacity to stay present long enough for und
 erstanding to arise. In the warmth of loving presence\, even the most comp
 elling emotion tends to soften\, lose it's grip and naturally fade away\, 
 to leave genuine compassion in it's wake. Together we will explore ways of
  bringing more kindness to our lives\, both on and off the cushion.\n\n&nb
