DESCRIPTION:Kindness forms an essential part of Right Motivation and this
 includes the way we relate to life and our mind. Adding kindness to the way
 we are aware strengthens our capacity to stay present long enough for
 understanding to arise. In the warmth of loving presence\, even the most
 compelling emotion tends to soften\, lose it's grip and naturally fade
 away\, to leave genuine compassion in it's wake. Together we will explore
 ways of bringing more kindness to our lives\, both on and off the
 cushion.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThis retreat will be held at Gaia House\, Devon\,
