What's more\, we may cling to feelings of delight in ways that create suffering both in the present and future. How can we cultivat e pleasant feelings\, pay wise attention to them and allow them to pass in ways that uplift the mind?\n\nThis evening programme will begin with a sh ort guided meditation\, followed by a Dhamma talk from Ajahn Brahm.
