He show us a fresh approach to meditation guided by wisdom and compassion. Together we will explore h ow we can integrate our so-called "bad" meditations into the Noble Eightfo ld Path\, so that every experience becomes part of our journey to peace.\n \n \;\n\nThis evening programme will begin with a short guided meditat ion\, followed by a Dhamma talk by Ajahn Brahmali.
