 Impermanence...?"
DESCRIPTION:We might think we understand impermanence but usually our
 understanding does not go very deep. We are trapped in perceptions that do
 not reflect reality. Sometimes we underestimate impermanence\, at other
 times we overestimate it. We need to find the middle way and then
 investigate deeply. As we do so\, the most natural yet beautiful truth
 reveals itself!\n\nThis evening programme will begin with a short guided
 meditation\, followed by a Dhamma talk from Ajahn Brahmali. After the talk
 there will be an opportunity to ask questions.\n\nPlease arrive at
 6:15pm in order to register and settle in quietly.\n\nWe kindly ask that
 you do not contact the venue.\n\nHealth and community care: Please do not
 attend if you feel ill (e.g. if you have any symptoms of Covid or any other
 viral infections).\n\nNote:\n\n1. After your registration\, you will
