It is in the context of the Buddha’s profound teachings on non-s elf that the true power of patience can be understood. Drawing on the teac hings of the Buddha as well as his own extensive meditation experience\, A jahn Brahmali will explain how we can harness the power of patience to pro pel us on the Path.\n\nThis evening programme will begin with a short guid ed meditation\, followed by a Dhamma talk by Ajahn Brahmali.
