SUMMARY:Three-Day Residential Retreat: “Growing a Beautiful Mind”
DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nKairos Centre is a Christian nuns’ mona
 stery\, with an atmosphere naturally conducive to deep inner reflection an
 d peace. We encourage visitors to hold the space as guests with quiet resp
 ect. Set in this very special\, spiritual place overlooking Richmond Park\
 , this retreat provides a wonderful opportunity to cultivate a still and h
 appy heart\, guided by self-proclaimed 'meditation junkie' Ajahn Brahm.\n\
 n&nbsp\;\n\nThe retreat consists of silent meditation practice\, Dhamma ta
 lks\, guided meditations\, and opportunities for questions and answers. Th
 e schedule will be relaxed and flexible and you will have use of the main 
 hall\, lounge and grounds\, as well as the beautiful chapel within the bui
 lding for extra solitude.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nResidential bookings (with two nig
 ht's accommodation) on this retreat are offered especially for our Europea
 n friends and those travelling from further afield in the UK. Residential 
 guests will receive three cooked vegetarian lunches and two breakfast\, bu
 t no evening meals. If you have a medical condition which requires you to 
 eat in the evenings\, you are welcome to bring something with you which do
 es not require cooking\, such as a flapjack or a sandwich to eat discreetl
 y. Hot drinks will be served three times a day.\nThe retreat starts at 9.3
 0am on Monday 16th October and goes on until around 9.30pm that evening. T
 here is an optional early morning sit (or lie in!) the following days and 
 retreat ends on Wednesday 18th October at around 5.30pm.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nSha
 red rooms will be allocated on a same-sex basis and residential retreatant
 s will able to check into their bedrooms at 2pm on 16th October. Guests mu
 st check out on the last day of the retreat at 10am\, but you can keep you
 r belongings in the foyer (travel light!).\n\n&nbsp\;\nSorry\, this event
