SUMMARY:Ajahn Brahm Dhamma Talk: "You Don't Have To Be So Perfect"
DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n\n\nHow many of us feel that
 we have to be perfect- or at least better than we think we are- to be
 happy\, loved\, and make progress on the Buddhist Path?\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThis
 talk explores how\, by learning to accept ourselves just as we are
 (shortcomings included) we can foster self-compassion\, unconditional love
 and peace. When we open our hearts to ourselves\, to our past and to life\,
 we are able to grow through the inevitable difficulties we
 face.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThis evening programme will begin with half
 an hour guided meditation\, followed by a Dhamma talk from Ajahn Brahm and
 a Q&amp\;A session.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nPlease aim to arrive at 6.30pm in order
 to register and settle in quietly.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWe kindly ask that you do
