DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nThis evening programme will begin with a short guide
 d meditation\, followed by a Dhamma talk from Ajahn Brahm. After the talk 
 there will be an opportunity to ask questions.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nCovid safety:
  Please do not attend if you feel ill\, are infectious or have any symptom
 s of Covid.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nPlease arrive half an hour before the starting t
 ime at 4:00 pm in order to register and settle in quietly.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n
