SUMMARY:Ajahn Brahm Dhamma Talk: “Embracing Anxiety & Fear”
DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nThis evening programme will begin with a short
 guided meditation\, followed by a Dhamma talk from Ajahn Brahm. After the
 talk there will be an opportunity to ask questions.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nCovid
 safety: Please do not attend if you feel ill\, are infectious or have any
 symptoms of Covid.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nPlease arrive half an hour before the
 starting time at 4:00 pm in order to register and settle in
 quietly.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWe kindly ask that you do not contact the
 venue.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nNote:\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n1. After your
 registration\, you will receive an email with your Ticket/Booking
