Set in this very special\, spiritual place overlooking Richmond Park\, this retreat provides a wonderful opportunity to cultivate a still and happy heart\, guided by self-proclaimed 'meditation junkie' Ajahn Brahm.\n\n \;\n\nThe retreat consists of silent meditation practice\, Dhamma talks\, guided meditations\, Sutta classes\, using "The Word of The Buddha\," and Q&\;A sessions. The schedule will be relaxed and flexible and you will have use of the main hall\, lounge and grounds\, as well as the beautiful small chapel within the building for extra solitude.\n\n \;\n\nNon-residential retreat tickets are aimed at those who have or are able to find their own accommodation in and around London. Unfortunately we are not able to recommend any accommodation near Kairos Centre. Non-residential guests are asked to bring their own simple packed lunches (sandwiches are good!) as the centre cannot cater for large numbers. Hot drinks served three times a day are included in the ticket. \n\n \;\n\n \;\n\nThe retreat begins at 9.00am on Monday 28th October\, 2019. On the first two days of the retreat\, non-residential guests are welcome to stay until after the evening talk at around 9.30pm\, or to quietly leave before then at their convenience. If your ticket can be taken by someone else\, you will be refunded minus £75.  Whilst we will make every effort to offer your ticket on\, we are sorry that this cannot be guaranteed.\n\n \;\n\nOrganisation is on a volunteer basis which keeps costs low.
