DESCRIPTION:This afternoon programme begins with a half hour guided
 meditation\, followed by a Dhamma talk. After the talk there will be an
 opportunity to ask questions.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nPlease aim to arrive at 1.45 pm
 in order to register and settle in quietly.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWe
 kindly ask that you do not contact the
